It's officially on the market! My realtor was in over the weekend doing some finishing touches and making the place pretty for showing, and I must say she did a phenomenal job. If anyone is interested in buying it, here's the listing info. It's a steal! :)

In case anyone's interested, here are the "before" shots.
My jaw hit the FLOOR when i saw these shots. I mean.....did you call in the armed forces or what! You have a bloody breakfast nook - and a plant.

Actually, as a known fact, what is listed as "before shots" were taken at a homeless shelter in an unknown part of town!

As I have seen the worst of the worst in this place (and caused some of the mayhem on occasion) I can say that this isn't Garth's condo. This is actually a strange glimpse into a parallel Bizarro land condo that occupies the same space in a different dimension.... Or a wicked job of photo shopping.... Or a wicked job of cleaning... go Shirley!
