Brown Sugar / Cinnamon Eggo Fluffernutter

I was going to post this with a picture, but I decided to do that after I'd already eaten one, and I can't bring myself to make another right now due to the obvious lack of nutritional value and the serious sugar rush which I haven't quite recovered from. So, pictures might happen tonight or they might take a few days, depending on how long it takes to muster up the courage to eat another one. That being said, it was delicious. And to paraphrase Ferris Bueller, if you have the means, I highly recommend whipping one up.

  • 2 Brown Sugar / Cinnamon Eggo Waffles
  • Peanut Butter
  • Marshmallow Fluff
Toast the waffles. Spread peanut butter on each one. Spread marshmallow fluff on each one. Put them together, making sure to line up opposite sides (i.e. brown sugar side of waffle 1 lines up with cinnamon side of waffle 2).

Serves 1.
