Chanisa is out of the hospital and doing fine. A couple weeks of recovery time and she'll be as good as new. And with her health insurance and the gov't hospital (it's called Mission, which I didn't really think much of until I read the large text on her prescription bag - JESUS WILL SOON BE HERE) the bill came out to less than 6000 baht. So for everyone that offered to help, thank you, but it's not necessary. The thoughts were greatly appreciated though.
Other than that I spent the 3 nights in the hospital with her and finally got to sleep in my own bed again last night. It was fantastic. Sleeping on a hospital room couch leaves something to be desired.
So that's about it. Lewis wiped out on his bike a couple days ago and bruised his ribs (and the rest of him), so he's been hobbling around like a cripple. It's a sad state of affairs when I'm the healthiest person in the house.

Thanks, Garth for the update. Happy to hear the positive side. Yes, sleeping on a hospital couch is AN experience!!
