Dosboy's Bits and Bytes

I've been having an issue with the aforementioned combination since I upgraded to Vista. Every time I click a link in an email in Outlook I get a General Failure error message box, but Firefox still opens correctly and goes where I told it. Initially when looking for a fix for this I couldn't find anything, but today I started searching again and found this post. And the fix works beautifully. For your convenience I'll repost it here.

Create a reg file containing the following:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\FirefoxURL\shell\open\ddeexec]
@=""

Save it. Run it. Voila. No more errors.
